The thing is we have no possibility to finance our own webspace so we're here on freeforums.org.
All the providers of free webspace and forums we found had advertising (well that's the way they are making money with that).
There is no possibility to have any kind of control over the contents of the adds here.

This is the forum of the Feminist ACTivist support network. (Pro-)Feminist people of all (really all, not just "male" and female") genders can exchange their experiences being an in any way politically active feminist and support each other. Political activism here means not only belonging to a certain political group, having organised demos or published a feminist magazine, anybody who takes a feminist position in their everyday life having to face the discussions about it is welcome here. Being a feminist is often a tough struggle that nobody should have to fight all alone. You are currently viewing our boards as a guest, which gives you limited access to view most discussions and access our other features. By joining our free community, you will have access to post topics, communicate privately with other members (PM), respond to polls, upload content, and access many other special features. In the registration process, you will, however, be asked to identify yourself as either male or female. Sorry about that. This question is automatically included by the provider of the forum and there is nothing we can change about that. We could not find any provider of free forums who offers a registration without this question. Whatever gender you check will not be visible in your profile to other users.
