Power of definition and partiality
are concepts that we want to premise, not discuss.
If you feel you want to question them, there are many places where you can do that. This is not one.

Users who violate these terms of services will be reproved and in cases of repeated or heavy violation be banned from the forum.

Power of definition:
The affected person has the right to define what is to be considered as a violation of the ToS, if it is to be considered a heavy violation and if banning is required.

Partiality:
The person who is regarded the affected person is the one who, considering structural power relations (as those mentioned above), is in the oppressed position and who, additionally, considers her_himself an affected person.

Please take good care of yourself and tell the moderators if anybody shows discriminating behaviour towards you, don't stay silent.
If you see discriminating shit happening here, even if you are not affected, please step in and position yourself. Inform a moderator, too.
